WBCA^TM is run by a Board who volunteer many hours of their own time to making the award winning Celebration a success. Each board member is elected to a three-year term. During their term, they are responsible for the planning, budgeting and execution of the WBCA^TM events. The WBCA^TM is comprised of community minded individuals from diverse backgrounds.
