Commander's Reception

Get the final word on the 113th Celebration at our traditional media reception that previews the full breadth and scope of our 30-day season of fun for all. Our WBCA President welcomes members of the media and city and county officials with a reception, mouth-watering buffet and a chance to get a sneak peek of events, costumes, and festival souvenirs to come.
