The intoxicating aroma of burgers and hot dogs on the grill and brews iced to perfection offer the perfect way to recognize the stellar efforts of the WBCA’s members and volunteers who have delivered the 112th Celebration. Service awards are offered by WBCA president Memo Treviño, including the Matias de Llano Award, the Joseph Netzer Award, and the President’s Merit Award.
