WBCA Youth Dance Festival

What has 5000 feet, 2,500 smiles and talent galore? That would be Laredo’s most inspirational young dancers and singers who put their best feet and voices forward to showcase their musical, dance, and marching skills for adoring family and friends at the Laredo Civic Center Auditorium year after year. Macy's serves as the sponsor of this WBCA event.

A Laredo staple since 1963, the WBCA Youth Dance Festival allows enthusiastic drill teams, dance troupes and perky high-kicking cheerleaders of all grade levels to participate in the excitement of the Washington's Birthday Celebration.  Graduating seniors who dare strut their stuff in this edge of your seat dance-off have a chance to win one of two $1,000 scholarships, courtesy of Macy's.
