Media Credentials
WBCA Media Pass Guidelines
1. WBCA media passes can only be used by television, radio or print media personnel. The passes are not valid for non-media personnel and may not be used as a “free ticket” for attendance at Celebration events.
2. WBCA reserves the right to distribute a limited number of media passes per station/newspaper/organization etc.
3. 3. WBCA media passes are valid at most WBCA and most Affiliate events. Some exceptions include:
*International Bridge Ceremony Sponsored by La Posada Hotel – *An additional Bridge Ceremony Security Pass (in addition to the WBCA Media Pass) is required to gain access to this event. Contact the WBCA Office at (956) 722-0589 for more information. **Please note No Media Passes will be allowed in the VIP Grand Stand Bleacher area at the Anheuser-Busch Washington’s Birthday Parade immediately following the Ceremony.
*Mr. South Texas Luncheon – No Media Passes will be allowed in the Luncheon. For more information, contact the WBCA Office at (956) 722-0589.
*Anheuser- Busch Washington’s Birthday Parade –No Media Passes will be allowed in the VIP Grand Stand area. This private area is accessible by invitation only. (General Admission bleacher seats are available on a first come first serve basis for a nominal fee.)

5. 5. Due to public safety concerns, media personnel may be asked to show photo identification and media credentials at events.
6. WBCA reserves the right to revoke any media pass if deemed to be used irresponsibly.
7. WBCA Media Pass Holder agrees to release and hold harmless WBCA, or any of its representatives from all claims, damages, losses, expenses, fees, fines, penalties, proceedings and liabilities, and injuries of any kind and nature including but not limited to death, direct and indirectly arising out of participation and/or attendance at any WBCA event.
