The Parade Application, entry fee, script, Release of Liability Applicant’s Form and Line-up Form (if applicable) must be submitted by December 6, 2018. Parade applications received after this date are subject to availability and will be assessed a late fee of $150, if approved.

Mandatory Orientation Meeting to be held at the Falcon Bank Community Room 3rd Floor (7718 McPherson Rd.) at 6 PM to distribute entry numbers, maps and answer any questions or concerns about the parade. Please note that this is also the deadline to submit all of your Participant Release Forms.
ALL PARTICIPANT RELEASE FORMS NEED TO BE SUBMITTED ON OR BEFORE FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2019 – NO EXCEPTIONS.
